underwhelming stay
poor water pressure breakfast access
the position of this place to the beach was perfect.
the shower's water pressure was not great (it was like a dog was peeing on my head). i also had issues with getting breakfast, as i travel with my assistance dog and was initially denied access.

great views friendly staff large selection
The location was superb across from the beach. The staff was friendly and always available. The hotel was very clean, my room had great views. The breakfast offered a large selection of items.

The dining room is very nice with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not too big. It has easy access to the bus and train stations which is convenient for transport around the area.

My room included a free safe which was helpful. The bathroom was nice and very clean. The renovated hotel provided spacious rooms and bathrooms. comfortable furniture and a coffee machine.

The breakfast offered a plentiful choice of items. Gluten-free options were provided. I appreciated the effort to ensure I always had a gluten-free breakfast. The dining room staff were super and attentive.

The hotel location is just opposite the beach. The hotel is very central. It is within proximity to shops, bars and the beach. It is also near the bus and train stations. The location is very convenient.

mixed experience at the hotel
faulty shower unconcerned staff
the location was acceptable. it was close to the beach.
The shower did not work properly. The temperature fluctuated. it alternated between cold and scalding. i reported it, but the staff seemed unconcerned. this issue presented a potential risk to guests.

comfort twin room really good team
My room was a great comfort twin room. The housekeeping team did an really good job keeping everything super clean.
The reception staff was dismissive during check in. They did not explain any of the hotel's amenities.
